Understanding the Context
Right now, I have 18 cameras connected to Sighthound (several others need to be re-wired). Unfortunately, a lot of the cameras cycle in and out--video shows, then it goes to a blue screen "could not connect" for a few seconds or minutes and then the video comes back. Sighthound Video is accessing the video stream different than the browser and phone since those two are most likely using proprietary methods. Sighthound Video is accessing the video stream directly via an RTSP stream. However, we should be able to get the camera back setup once we have your logs and the make and model.
